Hiroko Saito after almost 4 years contribution for Q –Cells Japan branch,  joined at July of 2011 PVTEC-Photovoltaic Power Generation Technology Research Association, a non profit PV R&D organization addressing the technical development in PV,  by unifying the research and development capabilities of member companies to promote their studies assigned by New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Association (NEDO) and by promoting the cooperation among universities, national research institutions, and various related overseas organizations. Before them she worked for a semiconductor industry association. Business development, meeting and exhibhition organize and industry standard development in semiconductor and PV industy are her key experience.
