John Atle Bones is a Research Scientist at SINTEF Materials and Chemistry, Department of Solar Cell Silicon. He received his MSc in Engineering Cybernetics on Model-based control of the Czochralski process at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). His research interests include crystal growth control systems, in particular for the Czochralski process. He has been working very closely with the Norwegian PV industry on process development and optimization for many years
