Short Bio
Gianluca COLETTI graduated in physics at the university of Rome “La Sapienza”, Italy in 2001. From 2000 to 2003 he carried out research work at Eurosolare S.p.A., (Eni Group) in Rome, Italy. Since 2004 he works at ECN, leading research projects in the area of solar cell technology, Si materials and industry technology transfer. He obtained his PhD on the impact of impurities on Si solar cells at the university of Utrecht, the Netherlands in 2011.
He’s project manager of large research projects (>2MEuro). His areas of interest are development of technology for high efficiency silicon solar cells and material properties of silicon for PV applications.
