Research assistant for the European Distributed Energy Resources Laboratories (DERlab e.V.)--- > moved to  TenneT TSO

Vincent Helmbrecht has been research assistant for the European Distributed Energy Resources Laboratories (DERlab e.V.) since 2011. He recently moved to aTenneT TSO. He received his M.Sc. degree in Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency from Kassel University in 2013 working for his master thesis on the dynamic behavior of gPV string fuses for photovoltaic systems at Fraunhofer IWES. Vincent is currently involved in the European projects PV GRID - for integrating high shares of PV in distribution grids and SOPHIA - on European Photovoltaic Research Infrastructure.
