Short Bio
Giuseppe Nenna received the M.S. degree in physics from University of Naples “Federico II” in 2004. He completed the Ph.D. in Innovative Technologies for Materials, Sensors and Imaging at the University of Naples “Federico II,” Naples, Italy in 2009. He joined the Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and the Environment, Portici, Italy, in 2003, where he is currently a Researcher in UTTP-NANO, Department of Nanomaterials and Device Technology. His research is focused optical and electrical characterization of optoelectronic devices. His fields of research are photoluminescence and electroluminescence spectroscopy, electrical characterization and analysis, ageing process in organic devices, and optical characterization system design
